Obama ‘Disowns’ Controversial Pastor Jeremiah Wright?
April 29, 2008

Barack Obama appeared to disown his former pastor Tuesday, saying he was “outraged” and “angered” by Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr.’s appearance the day before at The National Press Club.
In a press conference in North Carolina, the Illinois senator used his strongest language to date to denounce Wright’s controversial sermons and his public remarks since those sermons became national news a month ago.
Obama’s Big Lie: Radio Ad Blames Oil Companies for Gas Prices
April 15, 2008
By Bill Levinson
Barack Obama’s latest radio advertisement underscores his belief that small town Pennsylvanians are dirt-ignorant farmers, coal miners, and factory workers who “cling to guns and religion,” and are therefore incapable of knowing when a slick college boy and Harvard lawyer from a real city like Chicago is telling them a whopper. Then again, Obama’s efforts to blame “Big Oil” for $4.00 a gallon gasoline–the quoted price itself being an outright lie–conforms perfectly to the following principles.
Code Pink ‘Bundles’ for Barack Obama
April 15, 2008
By Catherine Moy
The co-founder of the radical anti-war group Code Pink has “bundled” more than $50,000 for Sen. Barack Obama’s presidential campaign, and pro-troops groups are demanding that he return the money.
Jodie Evans, a Code Pink leader, gathered at least $50,000 from friends and associates and donated it to Obama’s presidential campaign, according to information compiled by the nonpartisan watchdog group, Public Citizen.
Evans and her son, a student who lives at her Southern California address, each also gave the maximum individual allowable donation of $2,300 to Obama’s campaign.
Barack Obama Would Ask His AG To ‘Immediately Review’ Possible High Crimes By Pres. Bush
April 15, 2008
Tonight I had an opportunity to ask Barack Obama a question that is on the minds of many Americans, yet rarely rises to the surface in the great ruckus of the 2008 presidential race — and that is whether an Obama administration would seek to prosecute officials of a former Bush administration on the revelations that they greenlighted torture, or for other potential crimes that took place in the White House.
Barack Obama’s Flawed Thinking
April 10, 2008
By Michael Ledeen
Senator Barack Obama wants to talk to our Middle Eastern enemies, notably Iran. He can’t imagine a happy resolution of the war without such talks. And he seems to think this desire is something new, maybe even revolutionary.
He apparently does not know that it is not at all new, and certainly not revolutionary. It is instead the fully tested “policy” of the United States for the past thirty years, ever since the seizure of power by the mullahs in 1979. We have had high-level and low-level talks, public and private talks, talks conducted by diplomats, by spooks, and by a colorful array of intermediaries ranging from former Spanish President Felipe Gonzales to nephews of Rafsanjani, Iranian-American businessmen, former NSC and CIA members, and others with more dubious qualifications.
Barack Obama Promises to Dismantle Our Armed Forces
April 10, 2008
By Robert Maginnis, Human Events
YouTube has an undated 52-second clip of Democratic presidential candidate Senator Barrack Obama outlining his plans for America’s national defense. Obama’s presentation demonstrates either total naivete about important national security programs or he is just pandering for votes among the extreme left.
Watch Obama’s message and consider some inconvenient facts about his national security promises.
Barack Obama: Man of the hour
April 6, 2008
By G. Tracy Mehan III
Is Senator Barack Obama just another liberal Democrat waiting to be slaughtered in the general election?
No doubt, this drives Hillary Clinton, spouse of the Great Triangulator, nuts as her once certain victory slips away.
Consider: Senator Obama has the most liberal voting record in the U.S. Senate.
It is hard to imagine a domestic problem for which Senator Obama is not ready, willing and able to write a really big check to solve.
Obama is in bed with the Iraq Study Group
April 6, 2008
By Ted Belman
A number of people have written to me to tell me Brzezinski, either is not on Obama’s foreign team or is just one member of it. Ever since Brzezinski introduced Obama last summer, Brzezinski has remained in the background for fear of alienating Obama’s Jewish support. It makes little difference because all the others on the team are generally in agreement with his policies.
Now Lee Hamilton has officially joined the team. And as you know Hamilton and Brzezinski are joined at the hip. They both were on the Iraq Study Group and they both signed a letter among others, calling themselves “realists”, pre-Annapolis, in which they urged Bush to do a number of things to make Annapolis a success.
Why Jesus would not vote for Barack Obama
April 5, 2008
By Jill Stanek
In February 2004, U.S. Senate candidate Barack Obama’s wife, Michelle, sent a fund-raising letter with the “alarming news” that “right-wing politicians” had passed a law stopping doctors from stabbing half-born babies in the neck with scissors, suctioning out their brains and crushing their skulls.
Michelle called partial-birth abortion “a legitimate medical procedure,” and wouldn’t supporters please pay $150 to attend a luncheon for her husband, who would fight against “cynical ploy[s]” to stop it?
But that’s not why Obama’s opponent Alan Keyes said Jesus Christ wouldn’t vote for him.
Barack Obama’s Smoking Gun
April 4, 2008
By Sandy Froman
Almost thirty five years ago, an obscure tape recording of President Nixon’s conversations with advisors came to light, revealing his knowledge of the Watergate break-in and leading to his resignation of the presidency. That recording became known as the “smoking gun.” Now another smoking gun has come to light, revealing Barack Obama’s real views on many issues, including gun ownership and the Second Amendment. It could cost him millions of votes in November, and the presidency.
Barack Obama currently leads Hillary Clinton in the race for the Democratic nomination. As things stand today, he is favored to win the nomination and face Republican John McCain in November.
Barack Obama Digs Himself Deeper In the Jeremiah Wright Scandal
April 4, 2008
By Paul Ibrahim
It is a very difficult time to be an honest, patriotic Democratic voter these days – the choices of presidential nominee for such voters are getting worse by the day.
On the one hand, there is Hillary Clinton, whose, well, creativity with the truth is being exposed more and more through such stories as the Bosnia non-adventure and the revelation that she had been fired from a job 34 years ago for being a “liar.” (Is this job included in “her 35 years of experience”?)
On the other hand, there is Barack Obama, who refuses to disown an America-hating bigot who served as his pastor, spiritual guide and family shepherd for 20 years.
