Joe Biden Hasn’t Held News Conference In Over a Month
October 20, 2008
It was less than two weeks ago when Sarah Palin astonished her traveling press corps by lifting the curtain (literally) and journeying to the back of her campaign plane to answer reporters’ questions for the first time after 40 days on the campaign trail. But the candidate who has been criticized for having a bunker mentality when it came to the national media can now lay legitimate claim to being more accessible than either Joe Biden or Barack Obama.
Gov. Palin Demands Barack Obama Release ACORN Records - Video
October 17, 2008
Alaska Governor Sarah Palin demanded that Barack Obama release his records today on ACORN. The McCain-Palin ticket demands that Obama assist federal investigators with the investigation on ACORN. Does anyone REALLY think that will happen? The MSM is too busy covering for Barack while trying to destroy Joe the Plumber, who had the audacity to confront Obama on taxes.
Barack Obama Not Telling The Whole Truth, Says Palin
October 10, 2008
By Andy Barr
POLITICO - Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin attacked Barack Obama Thursday for not being honest about his association with 1960s radical William Ayers.
“Barack Obama hasn’t told the American people the total truth about that, about his association with Ayers,” Palin said on conservative radio host Laura Ingraham’s show. “Doggonit, he fails to tell the American people with candor and with truthfulness what his associations are and we have to know.”
Obama hits out at Palin ‘low blow’

By Jitendra Joshi
Barack Obama has accused Republican rivals John McCain and Sarah Palin of a low blow after the vice-presidential candidate said he "palled around" with terrorists.
Mrs Palin raised Senator Obama's connection with Bill Ayers, a member of the Vietnam-era radical group the Weathermen, after a New York Times report outlined the link between them.
Sarah Palin Criticizes Obama’s ‘Terrorist’ Connection
October 5, 2008
Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin on Saturday accused Democrat Barack Obama of "palling around with terrorists" because of his association with a former 1960s radical, stepping up the campaign's effort to portray Obama as unacceptable to American voters.
Obama’s Comments Disqualify Him For Commander in Chief, Says Palin

Fox News’ Carl Cameron conducted the first post-debate interview with Sarah Palin this morning. The extensive interview went over last night’s Vice-Presidential face off, her debate prep, campaign strategy, media access and the hits she has been getting for not having more access to the media, and of course the much talked about and criticized interview she did with CBS’s Katie Couric.
The “Pit Bull” Returns

FRONTPAGE - In the weeks preceding yesterday’s vice presidential debate, one might have been forgiven for suspecting a vast right-wing conspiracy to lower expectations for Sarah Palin. A platitude-filled interview with Katie Couric, spoofed on “Saturday Night Live” and lamented by unnamed but oft-quoted “top advisers to John McCain,” seemed to underscore the impression that the attractive Alaska governor was all style and no substance – and certainly no match for a Senate heavyweight like Joe Biden.
On a clear day, Joe Biden can see his mouth from his brain.

NRO - On the whole, I thought Palin did a very good job above and beyond the expectations — that is, if she showed up not dribbling cerebral spinal fluid out the corner of her mouth she would do just fine. But Palin did very well on the merits. So well, that the I'm sure the goal posts have moved from "she's a discredit to politics" to "she won the debate, but it won't help McCain anyway." My pessimism about how the media will yet again try and vilify Palin without cause aside, here are my other observations of the night:
Does Moderator of VP Debate Have a Conflict Of Interest?
October 1, 2008
By Greta Van Susteren
Gwen Ifill, the moderator of this week’s debate between Governor Palin and Senator Biden is writing a new book to come out in January: The Breakthrough: Politics and Race in the Age of Obama.
Below is Gwen Ifill talking about her book. Here are questions for you: is it a conflict of interest since she is writing about Senator Obama and wants her book to sell (i.e. make money)? Should she be moderating the debate this Thursday?
Biden Told To Ignore Palin At Debate
September 29, 2008
By Russell Berman
As Senator Biden prepares to face off against Governor Palin on Thursday night in the campaign's lone vice presidential debate, Democratic strategists have a few words of advice for the lawmaker of Delaware: Ignore the Alaskan.
Mr. Biden's 35 years in the Senate dwarf Ms. Palin's single month of experience on the national stage, but Democrats are worried that his penchant for verbal missteps and his occasionally aggressive style could be a liability as he faces only the second woman to serve as a major party nominee for the vice presidency.
Obama Will Lose; Here’s Why

When Benjamin Franklin was dispatched to France as ambassador of the United States in 1776, he won the hearts of the French through his authenticity. Rather than take on an affected and phony continental style, Franklin eschewed the powdered wig of the European gentleman and donned the fur cap of an American frontiersman. Original genius and polymath, Franklin understood that the French would see through any false pretension but respect an authenticity that sprang from an unpretentious and naive love of country.
